To provide professional specialist engineering installation consultancy services of the highest standards in Kenya and the rest of the world, through strategic alliances with firms of similar outlook.

The mission of the company is:
1. To provide an engineering consultancy service suited to the needs of the clients.
2. Maintain high professional ethical standards.
  3. Non-affiliation with manufacturers or contractors to ensure that the Client is provided with a complete
dedication to his needs.
4. To conduct its affairs within National Policy.
5. To provide training opportunities for local technicians and engineers.

TECHNOLOGY
In keeping with technological trends, the firm has established a computer section with facilities for AutoCAD for engineering design and drawing as well as other application programs including spreadsheets, word processing and database.

FOUNDATION
The founders of the firm are Engineers Elias Kirabui and Stephen Melly among other Engineers of like minds. The Consultancy was established after a long deliberation and consultations among the founder members and the partners invited. The partners noticed after working for a long time in the construction industry that the existing consulting firms are not well equipped to cope up with the technical advancement and consistent growth in the Building sector.

The basis for forming The Consultancy is to provide honest, efficient, consistent and economical advice to the customers within the construction sector with diligence and prudence. The Consultancy is independent of the founders and employees and is conducted under the statutory laws and regulations in the Building and Construction sector, therefore granting the customers peace and enough sense of accountability in managing their projects.
